📦 Where do your orders ship from?

Our products are made just for you and fulfilled by our awesome embroidery partners. Most items ship from the US and Canada or another location. If your order has multiple pieces, it may be sent in multiple shipments. It’s all about getting your order to you as quickly as possible!

🌍 Do you ship to both Canada and the US?

Yep, we do! We’re based in Canada and ship across both Canada and the US. Just note: delivery times and shipping fees can vary depending on where you are.

 How long will my order take?

Each item is made to order (no fast fashion here!).

Production time: 2–7 business days

Shipping time: 5–10 business days

💸 Will I be charged customs or duties?

Canadian friends: If your order ships from the US, you might be charged duties or taxes when it arrives. It’s out of our hands, but we like to keep you in the loop.

US customers: You’re in the clear, no duties for you!

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

Since everything is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or misprinted.

If something’s wrong, shoot us a message within 30 days of getting your order, and include a photo so we can make it right!

📏 How do I pick the right size?

Easy! Each product page has a size chart. We recommend measuring a favorite piece you already own and comparing it, that way, no surprises. If you’re between sizes, size up for a comfier fit.
